Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your package to our central distribution center for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
